Jenya Polosina is an artist born in Kyiv, where she lives and works. She works as an illustrator and printmaker. Together with Anya Ivanenko, she runs a visual studio called Seri/graph. The studio makes books, screenprints, zines, and deals with different types of visual projects. As an independent illustrator, she’s also involved in editorial illustration of books and graphic reporting.
Many habits were formed during the three months of the war, but the main thing is not to develop the habit towards grief. Everyday deaths are not the norm, shattered cities are not the norm, and people full of pain are not the norm. And despite the fact that it hurts and makes you feel sick – in any case, we should not get used to it.
