Maria Skliarova is a Ukrainian artist from Kharkiv. She studied nuclear physics, but for the last six years she’s been working as an illustrator. Her occupation is editorial illustration, and her main clients include Wired, Macmillan Publishing, The Baffler, and Ukrainer. Besides work, Maria self-studies literary criticism, writes poetry and short stories, and loves riding her bike deep in the woods.
